Born and raised in South Korea to Korean parents, she emigrated to the United States in 1993.
Her original goal in emigrating to the U.S. was to start a career as a tennis trainer.

In the same year she started working as a feature dancer,
and in 1994 performed in her first adult film, Duke of Knockers 2.
Around this time she traveled to England and posed for photos in Score,
an American adult magazine specializing in
large-breasted models.

As one of the few Asians in the industry known for having exceptionally large breasts,
Minka has found a lucrative niche.
She is not only the star but also the producer of

In early 2009, Minka appeared in a documentary on the British Channel 4’s;
“The World’s Most Enhanced Woman And Me”,
in which she said that she may have a breast reduction in 2-3 years.
